Saveli is a young woman with a knack for weaponry and gadgets, acting as the Seventh Legion's quartermaster for assault-related equipment and supplies. She keeps her red hair short. She’s deaf, but she and Kelvin Topal have developed a rudimentary form of sign language after spending a lot of time together.
