The impressive district of Harbormasters is dominated by three and four story buildings, tall and grand, mostly built of marble or whitewashed rubblestone rise over wide boulevards and canals. The streets are busy with commerce, relatively well to do citizens briskly going about their business, carts and wagons hauling goods crowd the streets. However large numbers of beggars provide contrast to the affluence surrounding them, providing clear evidence that not all of Haven Towne enjoys the prosperity brought by trade and commerce.
Many of the more well to do citizens wear multi colored armbands or tabards declaring their loyalty to one of the great Merchant Houses of Haven that defacto rule the city.
