The Spider Queen was born out of the shadow mountains along with the Vampyr Queen, Othala. Othala has been known to call her Uruz and those who call upon the goddess in Kel call her Damhán Alla (dow-awn olla). She is an large being standing upwards of 10' to 12' tall, depending on how mush she decides to stretch her body.  

She has the torso of a woman and the body of spider. In Kel, spiders are seen as good luck due to the benevolence showed in folktales from Damhán Alla. In fact, the Kel's use spider webs to this day to staunch bleeding whenever a minor cut or abrasion is suffered.  

The Spider Queen has spent many of her days in Ugral, in the underworld, keeping her subjects captive and some would say enslaved.  

She is a hard Goddess to peg and very fickle. One moment and with one people group a benevolent force. Yet to another people group a tyrannical slave master poisoning minds and corrupting souls.

For the duration, no sound can be created within or pass through a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. Any creature or object entirely inside the sphere is immune to thunder damage, and creatures are deafened while entirely inside it. Casting a spell that includes a verbal component is impossible there.
