The Circle of the Sacred Meadow is an underground occult organization that is in hiding due to the presence of the Hand of Ubris. Comprised of many well to do people within the Kingdom of Kel the Circle aims to help restore magic throughout the Kingdom. Secrets are told of evil pacts with abyssal creatures and even devils and demons to help attain the magic once known throughout the land. Though these are only rumors as no one really knows the goings on of the occult organization. The rumors are that there is an underground headquarters in, near, or around Ravengrave.
