In the middle of the River Oenus sits the imposing prison maintained by the Vigilants. The island itself was created by the Vigilants to make it as secure as possible with not only physical protections, but magical ones as well. The Keep is warded against magical forms of travel, so the island is only accessible by boat. Although there are Vigilants stationed through the city of Sentra, many of them live and train here.
