Small village, mostly habitated by Gnolls. It has recently survived a hag problem that kidnapped their habitants and was later discovered that she was trying to turn them into changelings, with very little success.
The Village survives mostly with their fishing economy and is currently largely unaffected by the war going around it, which it could be consider a miracle by itself. Maybe they are just lucky?
There is a nightmare epidemic happening right now, and no one knows why. Although Charismatic has his theory on why this is happening.
