A city of excess, built beneath the waves of the Indian Ocean, anchored near Madagascar. A city with no laws, where a man can find anything. 

Energy provider

The geothermal reactors on the outskirts of Euphoria have a capacity of almost 1000 MW. In addition to the geothermal output Euphoria also takes advantage of the tidal energy, with a respective 548 MW capacity.
