If you hit a creature with a heavy melee weapon that deals piercing damage using Great Weapon Master on your turn, you can attack with that weapon again as a part of your attack action, against up to two other creatures that are adjacent to the creature you attacked, perpendicular to you. You can make these additional attacks only once per turn.
