Elena Hastings is a Cleric of Torm and a member of the Order of the Dawn. She joined the order to follow in the footsteps of her older brother, Gareth. She is known to be very kind, but has unpredictable mood swings and her wrath is something that all the other members of the Order try to avoid. Only her brother ever manages to calm her down.
When the Order was betrayed and destroyed, she managed to hide out and survive with the help of Benjamin Berg. They both worked to gather all the bodies, find a secret hideout and resurrect them one by one. During this time, Benjamin Berg went looking for Loric Aloro, one of their member who was absent when the slaughter of their Order happened. Once he found him, he led him back to their hideout and Loric assisted them in resurrecting the other members.
As of early 1494 DR, every member of the Order was found and resurrected save from their leader Ewan Boldersong who is still missing. His body was never found.
