Known as the "Leilon Council" these are the leading members for the kingdom of Leilon. Involved in the rebuild and rebirth of this land and its people after the war between giants and dragons brought its downfall and eventual inevitable demise. Aristeaus Foreal and the Strong Arm guild sought assistance from Lord Neverember to start Leilon anew. They are now in charge of it's protection and advancement.
