Entirely made up of members of the Troll Bridge Association, the council reviews policies in place and suggests how alternative or new policies could be introduced to increase government funds. Promotion from the TBA to the council is seen as a mark of honour and life-long commitment towards the benefit of the Imperial Troll Empire's people.
The board has passed multiple fair trade laws involving the purity of goods, trading standards and requiring all shops to own regulation Merchant Scales.
