Recent History: The Ents have existed in near permanent isolation from the rest of the world, they spend their days sunbathing and debating such topics as what is the colour blue? This debate has occupied their brightest minds for the last two hundred years and to date they have no notable achievements or discoveries.
Civil War: In all of Ent memory, there has only been one Ent War. A civil war which engulfed the entire Ent population and pit Father against Acorn. The old songs are sung to remember this event at an annual memorial to the fallen, these songs tell how the War started over the debate of the point of existence. To this day, this has been a banned topic of thought and discussion.
General Description: Some Ents prefer to spend their days farming trees and bushes for their fruit which they consume during rituals which allow them to see into the future or dream world. A rare few Ents perform these rituals using animal sacrifices much to the disapproval of the majority. This dark magic is strongly discouraged, but not forbidden by Ent society.
