A group of... heroes? Honestly nobody's quite sure. Any crime they've supposedly stopped was never reported before they get to the scene. Sure enough, every time local law enforcement or agents show up they've got a villain tied up and civilians sing their praises. Except every single scene is an absolute mess. Riddled with bullet holes, debris (often foreign to the scene), or... condiments.
They always do a stupid pose with two of them on either side of gun guy. Every. Single. Time.
