Although their identity is unknown, the High Priest of Norgorber appeared to act in the party's interests while they held the position of High Priest of The Ecclesiocracy. The High Priest arranged for the party's release from prison, arranged transportation for the party on more than one occasion, and seemingly knew when Aradia and Izmil died, arranging for new adventurers to take their places.
The High Priest of Norgorber arranged for the murder of Tacitus Reign, who had been compromised in his position by coming into contact with a Xanthan Orb, by way of poison at a dinner held by King Trebor Hawkwind in Adamancia. The High Priest of Norgorber then asserted that they were reclaiming the seat of High Priest of The Ecclesiocracy as Interim High Priest until a vote could be held.
