Límíng City is ruled by the Yu Clan, and controlled by the criminal syndicate named Serpentine. It is the members of the newly-formed and now-illegal shikar sect, Liutubang, who have taken up their own call to action in defending the vulnerable and exploited living in the literal shadows of the city they call their home.
