Perluxia is one of the great continents of -Somnia. It sits in the upper hemisphere and is largely temperate in climate. To the north is the North Eadric Sea and eventually the Wild Waters. To the south is The Merid Sea and the continent of Prim'terra. On the eastern side are the East Eadric and Etheral Seas and to the west is the Sea of Tears and eventually the continent of the Scaled Ones, Visperin.
Perluxia boasts a number of nations who have united and under the single banner of The Hierarchy. The lands within are home to the races who collectively call themselves Unknown as well as two other groups known as Unknown and the Shadow Tribes.
Of the kingdoms that comprise The Hierarchy, the major seat of power and grand capital both lie in Arnad'gra. The others are the Kingdoms of Norgar, Terras, Sylvari, Thol'Zanor, and the budding Reggani Consortium. Together they make up the Council of Kings.
Primary Pantheon:
There are many deities worshiped among the inhabitants of Perluxia but the core pantheon revolves around what is commonly referred to as the Pillar of Life.
According to Hierarchy doctrine, at the top of the pillar is "The One", which is a Perluxian title for Io the Nine Fold Dragon, who is believed as the master of creation as we know it on -Somnia.
Right below Io are the deities known as "The Three" whom consist of Pelor, Boccob, and Nerull. They represent the spectrum of good, neutrality, and evil. As well as life to death. They were directly summoned to Oerth (Somnia) by Io himself at the beginning of the Epoch of Light, and are sometimes referred to as The Ageless, as they predate time as Somnia knows it.
The next tier includes deities known as "The Five" and were the first to be born of Oerth. They are credited for the creation of the shaping of the lands of Perluxia. They are also the patron gods of Unknown races. "The Five" as written in scripture. They include Corellon Larethian, Gruumsh, Moradin, Yondalla, and Garl Glittergold. An important note is that The Hierarchy does not publicly acknowledge Gruumsh and his orcs as part of the Chosen. Instead they treat humans as the fifth chosen race and their patron god as Pelor.
The final tier of the Pillar of Life includes all the subsequent deities whom emerged since.
