The party meets Hogosha Kenji and his crew, sailing around the Abacean Sea and assaulting Thalmor ships. They learn Aramaki Kyo is leading the Akaviri people currently.
His brother, Hogosha Kensuke, was the one leading an Akaviri crew that had attacked Falinesti. Kyo is also captaining a ship somewhere in the Abecean Sea and may meet with him if they continue to explore the seas around the Summerset Isles. Whether a meeting occurs, Kenji has agreed to spread the news to Kyo that the Blackpowder Mercenaries are in the area working against the Thalmor as well, and would be remembered as the individuals that had helped Kyo rescue Motoko in Coldharbour.
