ADVENTURERS


The party once again headed for the Tower of the Constructors, this time intending to explore the lower levels. Picking the hidden trapdoor over the stairs, they clambered down into a storage room (where, to their delight, they found the stash of magic equipment they’d lost all those expeditions ago) and then a large worship chamber, where they found an enormous snake. They tried to communicate with it using their Helm of Telepathy but to no avail, and it crushed the lief out of Lazolas before they could dispatch it.

Edging forward they found what they thought to be a familiar area through which they had previously escaped, but before they could determine this for sure three more giant snakes emerged from the tunnels, and the party fled back through the trapdoor, and back to the safety of the fort. None dared draw the sentient sword Conciencia until by wondrous chance they happened upon a Lawful elf on their way back.
