Chief Commander of the Shi Militia forces, he is an expert in the Ancient Chinese Martial Arts of Chi. He acts in an advisory capacity to the Emperor, but does not handle negotiations of any kind. Instead, his sole focus is on the military success of the Shi.
After the encounter at Alcatraz, his right hand was wounded beyond the repair of any traditional surgery. Yet the Shi managed to outfit him with a new cybernetically-enhanced hand out of their power armour technology and vast resources.
