Known as the pinnacle of the Empire of the Clouds. The catfolk of the Aspya shard built this city high in the mountains and the trees of the surrounding area. It is located in the middle of the shard.
Only the strongest hunters of Aspya are welcome in the city propper. They are in open conflict with the people of Qasal whom they consider weak and naive.
