The Mattis Madmen is a huge criminal organization with many members across the continent. This organization is less of a centralized criminal group, and more of a personal identity that criminals ascribe to themselves. They supposedly follow the doctrine of Mattis but in truth they simply strive to cause any amount of chaos they can. There are many groups within the Madmen that do different things, but they all cause chaos in some way or another.
