Born and raised in the muddied streets of Avalon, within the Earth Kingdom, Corlos aspired to be a Stonefist guard, the military presence of the kingdom. Working his way through the ranks, Corlos served under King Balder Stonefist, oftentimes being at odds with his pragmatic to a fault views along with widespread conspiracies of corruption, Corlos soon after deserted the military and fled through the lands and into the Spine of The World, a massive mountain range which divides the known continent. Traversing the perilous lands, Corlos found himself in the frozen tundras of The Ice Realm, finding company with the nomadic Frost Goliath tribes which have adapted to weather the arctic conditions. Wandering for many years, he set out to explore the southern regions of the continent, finding himself on a makeshift raft headed down a thin stretch of ocean which divided his homelands from the rest of Osira. Traversing the seas for some time, Corlos quickly became lost in a dense fog before wrecking his boat on the shores of a strange land filled with looming verdant karsts and rising mesas of stone dense with overgrown foliage and mysterious creatures. Falling into the trap of a nest of resident Harpys, Corlos was was rescued by Captain Aurelius after noticing the Half-Orc entrapped and dangling from their nest. Corlos quickly became acquainted with the wayward band of adventurers known as The Sunsations, who sought to explore his previous homeland in pursuit of the ancestral home of the mystic Runewrights.
