Pathranaak is a Young Red Dragon. He was a slave to Hanno who freed him when they reached Gaka.

Now free Pathranaak flew to Maar and straight into Mt. Hotenow, where he met Kobii the Lava Child who is the soul of the mountain. Kobii accepted him and allowed him to hibernate inside the lava of the dormant mountain.

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. It has the thrown property with a normal range of 4m and a long range of 12m. When you hit with a ranged attack using this weapon, it deals an extra 1d8 damage or, if the target is a giant, 2d8 damage. Immediately after the attack, the weapon flies back to your hand.
