Armor of the Divine Crusader

Aedric Artifact

The Armor of the Crusader is a full set of magical Full Plate armor, granting 18 AC with no bonus from Dexterity, with disadvantage applied to all Stealth check rolls. The wearer must have a minimum of 15 Strength in order to equip this armor.

Attunement is required to wield this item and attunement will reveal that there may be more to this item in time.


Dormant State

The Attuned gains a bonus to AC equal to +1.

The Attuned gains a unique form of resistance to damage. Once each round of combat, the Attuned can channel Radiant energy from the armor and the essence of the Divine Crusader, to heal themselves for 1d6 hit points.


Awakened State

The AC bonus gained from this armor increases from +1 to +2.

The bonus healing from this armor increases from 1d6 to 1d8.

The Attuned gains an Aura of Divinity, operating under the same parameters as other Auras. The Attuned, and those within 10 ft. of the Attuned, gain resistance to Radiant and Necrotic damage.


Exalted State

The AC bonus gained from this armor increases from +2 to +3.

The bonus healing from this armor increases from 1d8 to 1d10.

The range of Aura of Divinity is increased to 30 ft.
