Mouth of Myrkul
Mouth of Myrkul, a particularly powerful individual that was able to lead several cells of the Faithful of Skulls. There have only been a handful of these individuals in the history of this Church and they were all energetic and widely feared, but it is unknown if any of these individuals remain alive today.
The edicts of the Conclave of Doom are delivered to Deathbringers in the major temples (or shrines where no temples yet exist) for the various nations or major regions of Faerun. These Deathbringers command a number of Undead Masters, each of who manages a temple.
Deathbringers are gifted Quench the Spirit directly from Myrkul.
**Quench the Spirit **was a powerful divine necromancy spell used by priests devoted to Myrkul, enabling them to extinguish a victim's life force.
This spell allowed the caster to kill any target they pointed at with a bone finger when the bone was snapped. The victim could not be raised or resurrected. Human victims of this spell could be raised several days later by the caster as ju-ju zombies under their control. The ceremony involving this spell has been lost to time.
