A short introduction video to Kanka and what it does.
Your first steps to using Kanka is to register and account and log in. You can register using an email and password, or using your Google, Twitter or Facebook accounts. If you choose to use a third party provider, you can switch to a custom password later in your profile settings.
Once you have logged in for the first time, you are prompted to create your first campaign.
Your campaign is the world which you will populate with characters, locations, quests and more. The campaign name can be anything you like, and you can change it later, meaning you can use a placeholder name if you aren't feeling very creative right now.
Are you planning on having multiple campaigns? No worries, you can create more, or even join your friend's campaigns later.
Once your campaign is created, you'll be redirected to your campaign's dashboard.
Your campaign dashboard is the default page that is loaded when you go to Kanka. By default, your first campaign comes with a few example entities created, and some dashboard widgets attached to it.
By navigating to the bottom of your dashboard, you can customise the widgets that are displayed on it.
Now that your campaign is created, time to start populating it!
