Some say he is impossibly old to remain as a Changeling and yet, here he is. Known to have shifted between wilder and grump over the last three decades, he has grown further than most can imagine. In his chimerical form, he shows a lot of dog-like features in association with a pug: a flat nose, bad breathing problems, clipped or folding ears, however, some are saying it is a ruse that he is among the Pooka that was venerated during Egyptian times, like the jackals. His shapeshifted form of a pug seems to be his most natural state of existence and anytime he spends in the Dreaming or Near Dreaming is in that state tilted between what appears as a pug but also a man.

He was not associated with a House for a long time until the Sidhe returned. When they did and his control over the Duchy was challenged during the War. His motley resisted them successfully. However, in a concession, at the end of the war, he joined House Dougal, taking the oaths to assuage some of the Sidhe, others see it as a Pooka lie.

His mortal seeming is a very short and thin man with eyes that are a bit "off" or out-of-sync with one another. He is still an immaculate businessman as he runs several highly profitable ventures in Pittsburgh and nearby areas. Primarily focusing on print and in the age of digital media, that as well. He is believed, or more like rumored, to own the local newspaper, in some fashion.

Rumors and Things

• His title and membership to House Dougal are known to cause problems with most of the Sidhe Houses in the area, but they accept it for now as he was acknowledged by Queen Mab and later High King David for maintaining the Duchy of the Three Rivers.
• As House Dougal is generally apolitical, his position within the House carries its own problems among those that see his joining and "nobility" in question. However, House Dougal is seeming pleased to have rulership in the Kingdom of Apples.
• Has a mile-long list of problems with the Duke Allenion of the Duchy of Liberty's Heart after removing several prominent locations successfully from it and starting his own ("With blackjack and hookers" says the Redcap, Devil.)
• Has rumored "other" problems with various Sidhe and Nobles as Pittsburgh has been becoming a commoner-heavy or centric duchy.
• Yet, still, he seems to have friends in all the right places enough to continue his Duke-ship.

Relationships

• Alexei used to be part of his Motley. He had enlisted Alexei to act as a Knight but Alexei declined the offer (officially).
• Is known to have courted intimate affairs with Lady Zelda ap House Gwydion. None know if they maintain it in current or why it happened in the first place.
