The party proceeded to call out to an entity of another plane to find more out about what they are about to proceed into. There was a mixture of some information that was helpful but nothing assisted the party in changing their current plans. They used powerful magic to quickly move like the wind from the small farming village they were dropped off at to the town of Darkwell the home of the man they seeked. They then entered the town after manifesting wheat and grains and passing themselves off as local farmers looking to trade. They proceeded to the market district and set up shop. Loric and Warlic were excellent salesman by selling 3 pounds of wheat for 10 copper. While Kazuki and Ophelia proceeded into the merchants guild nearby to try and find more information. After patiently waiting in line they approached the clerk and began asking some questions which quickly made her quite concerned. The clerk Amelia Airheart proceeded to close the shop and locking the doors prior to telling the two of them that such questions are not to be asked and that the party never was here. Kazuki picked up on a sound and caught someone trying to snoop and listen in as they were heading off. Kazuki alerted the rest of the party and proceeded in chase to not allow this man to escape and risk alerting Edon of their presence. Warlic quickly caught this man in a box and then the party proceeded to knock him out and tie him up. The party then took him, Amelia and her husband into a private sanctum to question things further. The party was able to find out that the fortress in which Edon makes his stay only has one entrance and no other ways in without alerting guards. So they must formulate a plan for their attack...
