Captain Crunch hired the party to assassinate his former partner in a slave trade. The partner named Edon is confirmed to be some type of powerful spell caster with something that seems to keep him from being dead for too long. This was found from finding out that the captain had killed him three times prior. From their investigative work they found that the Captain was a Vampire and have made the assumption that Edon is also one. During their journey to the island they encounter a large wave that seemed to attack the ship with a few creatures from the plane of water. The party had a difficult time dealing with the wide spread attacks but found their sturdy frontliner, Warlic. Proved too powerful for the water quickly drying it up. The next few days passed uneventfully but the a storm came and quickly sent the group into a panick as to not be thrown overboard. Due to kazuki quick thinking of chaining part of the party to the ship proved quite effective. Warlics use of a large lightning rod assisted with the various strikes occurring. As the storm cleared they were informed to be only 1 day out from landfall.
