Constitutional Reform Act of 1962

Oceanykan History - Contemporary
1961 Federal Audit January 3rd, 1962
The findings of the 1961 Federal Audit were copied and distributed to the Oceanykan Council soon after its completion. Most of their names were in there, somewhere, and not in a good light. Many resigned or escaped the country, some even took their lives. By far the worst victim was the Constitutional Party, whose crimes and negligencies of the last 30 years had been thoroughly exposed. So terrible was their internal struggle that by the end, only 10% of their previous members remained, who reformed the party into a new, novel, nascent ideology they deemed Australian Neoliberalism which agreed with the OPP's "New Theory of State". The Constitutional Reform Act of 1962 was introduced, and despite last month's political firestorm, it only passed by a slight margin. Thus, the OPP's "New Theory of State" passed from fiction to reality.
