The target gains +2 speed, the casting modifier as a bonus to their to hit rolls and damage with melee attacks and gains +2 dodge. The effect lasts for 3 plus casting modifier rounds. When the effect ends, the target suffers the inverse of the effects above for an equal number of rounds.
