Ashpa is Fae Wight's childhood best friend. Often considered the more even-tempered of the two, she found herself keeping Fae's chaotic nature in check. They shared everything with each other, and Ashpa was the first to know Fae was trans and supported her when many in the village didn't. She loved to hear stories of great heroes and adventures and trained together with Fae in secret to one day be heroes themselves.

Thinking themselves ready, Ashpa grabbed Fae and they ran away to seek their fortune in the world beyond their small village. Her overconfidence was their downfall, however, and they were captured by the one Fae would come to simply call The Lich.  After the Sorcerer fought the Lich and the explosion of The Lich's Phylactery engulfed everyone, she has gone missing. Fae has been searching for her ever since, while keeping their dreams of being heroes alive. But, 10 long years have passed, and the cold trail grows colder still.

Thanks to Woodsworth Moure's combination of scrying and sending, it was discovered that Ashpa was hunting bandits just north of Kovesto at night of the 60th of Confusion 3467. She was discovered to be armed, wearing armor sleeping in a dark room. She looked malnourished and like she hadn't slept for days.

Fortune's Vanguard met with Ashpa in Serval during the event and battle of Hailing Harold.
