Session notes 3: A dire situation

Session

The ancient doors slowly open, letting in a stream of much anticipated sunlight into the forgotten city.

Our heroes make their way into the deep, treading forward carefully. Broshov's knowledge of the dwarven language helping them greatly.

Mirrors in the ceiling cascade the light down the tunnels, illuminating the ancient stone.

Upon reaching the end of the entrance corridor our heroes see two statues, one of Dwarf and one of Druegar who seem to join in unison. 

The players continue into a giant hall, in awe of the construction prowess. With their keen sight, they see a pool of dried blood on the east side, and decide to go investigate. They find some old noble chambers which have been desecrated, they start investigating, and gathering samples.

Glibnik Rotgut Dragon Eater's patience soon grows weary and he decides the investigate the ominous sounds coming from the main hall.

He discovers a scout and rushes after it.

A frantic fight ensues, with the party split many ways, the would be assassins put up a tough fight, and in the end, the party is dragged off. Unconscious.
