Origins
The Angels hail from Radiance, from which they travelled to Oerth by apparently ripping a hole in the spacetime continuum.
 
General Description
The Angels are winged humanoid creatures with mouthfuls of sharp teeth, arranged similarly to those of a lamprey, which devour the flesh of their victims. They also have the ability to tear the souls from individuals and devour them. There wings are of a variety of colours, from white to black, but red, brown and even scaled patterns are not unknown. Angels have been observed disappearing in plain sight, giving rise to rumours of invisibility and other magical powers. A red winged angel was once sighted with a Troll child as a pet, an action frowned up by her race.
 
Manzil
A founding race in the nation of Manzil, they have been used to oversee and inflict terminal punishments on criminals. These include famous figures such as Trollump, a 2A leader of a now extinct racist group known as “Mor’Koc First” who were responsible for the Nagi Holocaust between 2A 5971 and 2A 5982.
 
Fighting Angels
Daemon weapons are effective against Angels, as are their own. They are not immune, but heavily resistant to, conventional weapons and most forms of magic (Necrotic magic is very effective against them.) They are however immune to Radiant damage. Their biggest weakness however is the fact that they do not follow the laws of the mortal plane, and so certain things will destabilise their physical form and cause it to disperse as the universe’s physical laws reject them. They are also extremely susceptible to Orth's diseases and poisons, due to having no natural resistances to them.

Character Creation Stat Block

+2 Str, +1 Dex, -2 Con 

Default Languages: Angelic, Nageen

Wings: You have a flight speed of 30ft. Your wingspan means that you can’t take off unless you have 14ft of empty space around you. When you take damage while flying, make a Constitution save with a DC equal to 10 or half the damage taken, whichever is higher. If you fail the saving throw, you fall to the ground.

Angelic Biology: You have immunity to Radiant damage, but you have vulnerability to Necrotic damage. You also have vulnerability to Poison damage. 

Soul Devourer: Once per long rest, you can create a vacuum of energy from your mouth that rips life force from anything within a 60ft cone in front of you. Anything within that cone must  make a Con saving throw, taking 4d6 Necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one, and you regain HP equal to half the damage taken. If this attack kills a creature or renders them unconscious, their body disintegrates and you devour their soul and physical remains. If you do not devour a soul at least once every year, you will die.

Natural Armour: You have a natural armour bonus of +2. When unarmoured, your AC is equal to 10 + your natural armour bonus + your Dexterity modifier.

Natural Weapons: Your wings are incredibly strong and heavy, making them good for striking your opponents. You are an expert with unarmed strikes using your wings, which deal 1d6+Str Bludgeoning damage on a hit.

Trance: You don’t need to sleep. Instead, you meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is “trance.”) While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.

Feat: You can on character creation pick one of the following Feats: Alert, Resilient, Mage Slayer.

Savage Attacks: When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, you can roll one of the weapon’s damage dice one additional time and add it to the extra damage of the critical hit.
