You have all arrived in the town of Eastborne without any more difficulty. You are greeted at the gate by two friendly looking guards. As you walk through town you find that this place is heavily populated with religious people - priests, acolytes, and more all adored with the same symbol. An infinity symbol with a knot in the centre. If someone wants, yall dont have to, you can make a religion check to see if you recognize the symbol. (it's the symbol of Agorr).

 

  • upon asking around, youll find that everyone here prays to agorr
    • his resting place is a day's walk outside the town
  • they can get freetime if they want
  • someone who came back recently said that there is a beast guarding the mosoleum
    • surely agorr must be resting in there!
    • not everyone believes that last bit

AT Agorr's Resting Place THERE IS A CORPSE FLOWER GUARDING THE GATE TO THE RESTING PLACE

kill it, or not either way it'll spit up a coat.

after it dies/if they watch it enough, it'll spit out a coat, in which is still a ragged, clawed, furry hand. in the pocket of the coat is a key. to Dr. SableFane's Lab. the arm is that of sablefane's. he was killed so that ob would have no witnesses to out them on their crimes. high enough wisdom will have the thought dawn on a player that it's the key to the unopenable door.

 

after they find the coat, roll 1d(playercount). that player realizes that the door to the mausoleum is open, which is unnatural regardless if it's the resting place of a god or not. further investigation and they hear coughing from inside.

they go inside, they'll find Agorr, beaten and bloody. In the place where a casket should lay is a bed. being beat up isn't uncharacteristic of him, he is the god of endurance.

Agorr will

  • thank them for clearing the door to his resting place
    • he needs a break from all the fighting
    • there has been a jail break in the soot circles
  • give them a vorpelsword when asked for help
  • will also bless them and give them an additional 3 levels
