Firbolg • Druid

"Every life is valuable, and deserves to be honored"

Thistlethorn, formerly known as Willowbark and Dandelion, is a firbolg druid whose origin lies in the mystical Spiral Woods, part of the larger realm known as Faunus’ Forest. Her life took a tragic turn when an inexplicable sickness ravaged her forest home, leading to the loss of her mentor and her banishment by her tribe, who suspected her of causing the affliction. Alone, Thistlethorn wandered until fate led her to Gundren Rockseeker, who needed her healing skills.

After aiding Gundren and her new companions in liberating Wave Echo Cave, Thistlethorn's journey led her back to the Spiral Woods, where she confronted a coven of hags causing the sickness. In a fierce battle, they defeated the hags, lifting the curse and allowing Thistlethorn to embrace a new identity. As she contemplates returning to her tribe, her god, Faunus, guides her in a greater quest against The Forgotten God, her connection to nature and the divine ever deepening.

Tiefling • Bard

"A stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet!"

Penny, a captivating pink tiefling, hails from the tranquil Emerald Earth Sanctuary, a place where serene waters meet emerald whispers and ageless stones. Her journey began alongside her mentor, Morgan Lowblade, an aasimar bard who introduced her to the world of bards. However, this bond was severed when Morgan vanished, taking with him her cherished flute. Lost and determined, Penny roamed in search of Morgan, only to cross paths with Gundren Rockseeker. This encounter led her to Wave Echo Cave, where, upon touching a fragment of a mysterious Key, she unwittingly became a warlock to The Forgotten God.

Her adventures took a turn when she finally located Morgan in a temple forgotten by time, besieged by a medusae. After a perilous rescue, Penny's bond with the Key deepened, but thanks to Kal, she was freed from The Forgotten God's grasp. Returning to her roots, she retrained under Morgan's guidance, embracing her true calling as a full-fledged bard, with a history as colorful as her pink hue.

Aasimar • Cleric

"Cross me and you will regret it."

Kal, an aasimar cleric of Udall, has experienced the tumultuous shift from grace to fall. Her origins lie in a small Akstan village, where she was conscripted into the army. Confronted with the grim realities of war, she committed acts that led to her fall from grace. However, Udall, a deity not known for clerics, appeared in her dreams, selecting her as his first cleric in over two thousand years.

Her path of redemption began with helping Gundren clear Wave Echo Cave. During her quest, she faced the harsh consequences of battling the Forgotten One, losing a comrade in the process. Her discoveries led her to Maravin’s grave, where she acquired the legendary spear Stormseeker, another Artifact of Harmony. This spear symbolizes her hope to find redemption and renounce her fallen status, guided by the divine light of Udall.

Warforged • Wizard

"...Well yes."

Relic, a Warforged wizard, carries the legacy of a long-fallen dwarven empire, which succumbed to a drow invasion nearly four millennia ago. Known then as "Wands," he was put into stasis during the empire's last stand. His slumber lasted until Bimble Sparkspinner, a gnome wizard, discovered him, igniting a new chapter in Relic's existence. Under Bimble's tutelage, he learned about this new age, but their time together was cut short by a tragic orc attack that claimed Bimble's life.

Found by a group clearing an orc-infested fortress, Relic joined them in gratitude. Remarkably, Bimble's soul bonded with Relic's spellbook, allowing his mentor to continue guiding him. Relic now wields the Arachnostaff, a legendary artifact tied to the defeat of the Forgotten One centuries ago, embodying a history rich in arcane knowledge and the echoes of a bygone era.
