Elves on Minnoa are not very common, that is, outside of Eshya. The rare elf to leave those lands tell of a massive city grown throughout the small nation where only elves live. Where those who have attempted to enter Eshya are quickly confused and turned around or beset upon by creatures from the Feywild until they leave.
The Eshya elves are highly racist and are actively plotting against Minnoa itself. They are non playable characters only, while those who have fled are actively working on deprogramming themselves from their upbringing who can be played by someone who is working on a similar journey. Those who are several generations removed from Eshya, or never lived there at all, are fair game for PCs.
