Most recently, you have spent a formative amount of time with Nicoril Craft, an alchemist living outside of Estalha. He took you in as an apprentice, adopted you, volunteered his home to you in your travels, or another suitable explanation. If you practice magic, Nicoril would not know how to help or want to get involved with it due to a fear of it, but one of his adopted sons, Unknown, practices magic and visits from time to time and would be someone else you would be acquainted with.
Nicoril would have been happy to teach you rudimentary alchemy if you had the interest, but also support you in other interests or hobbies. You would have met some of the villagers of Estalha as you go to sell potions with Nicoril and gather supplies, and maybe been asked to help out in the fields during harvest. You may have also accompanied him on a visit to Almaso, the largest nearby city where Cauthal resides as well as one of Nicoril's business partners, Unknown.
You would be wary of the Kobold tribe gathered in the Ulffangr Mountains near the ruined village of Seregon to the northwest, as well Fort Ulfskennar, a military encampment on the border of Ystrai.

Arkhan - Overlord of Purity
They hate everything impure. Lycanthropes, Vampires, and other accursed as well as the unclean. Followers of Arkhan wear silver or gold and are generally obsessed with cleanliness.Followers
Silven - A funny group, they hate other Externials as well. The only ones that have been allowed to join the witchhunts, but that doesn't save them from betrayal. They are just about as obsessed with silver and gold as a Unknown. Most commonly found in Unknown.

A very popular pick for people to contact because he doesn't seem to have evil motives himself. The problem is he asks for unreasonable tributes.Followers
Seeker - Everyone has heard tales of the Seekers, but no one can be too sure who exactly is one. They generally possess no real unique traits until after their deal is done, but after they can be anything from a grotesque monster to virtually indistinguishable from the Unknown. They don't have a place of gathering and can be found virtually anywhere.
Fyr Keron - Overlord of Gravity
His portfolio at first seems simple, but there are anomalous reports of his domain possessing people thought to be dead and worshippers predicting future events, so it's possible his powers are actually some form of divination.

Tumrut's existence predates history, so he is older than the gods. Over Millennia many attempts have been made to destroy him, but all have failed. He is considered an enemy, but there is no listed reason as to why.
