Originally from the distant Empire of Bastile within the eastward continent of Tolria, Horatio was a proficient wizard and refugee from the foreign land. After learning of a grave secret within the Empire of Bastile, Horatio stowed away aboard a merchant air ship heading towards the westbound continent of Osira. Discovering the Emris Adventuring Guild within the desert city of Shariz, Horatio found a temporary home within the ranks of adventurers, joining the School of The Owl. Meeting a wayward band of adventurers known as The Sunsations, Horatio somewhat found companionship in his new friends. Traveling through the newly spawned Feywild Jungles, he learned a great deal about the Fey spirits which resided within the strange land. Discovering the devilish plot of Primarch Prometheus, Horatio aided The Sunsations in defeating the demigod before barely managing to survive the final events of the battle, returning to relative obscurity within The Sarranid Desert.
