The Administrative Tower

Tower

The Administrative Tower is not as boring as it sounds. It is also the only place that those who are not members of The Society of the Bond have access to and from which they can seek permission to access any of the other towers.

The bottom floors of the tower contain three sites of immediate interest. The first is the Processing Hall. So called despite the fact its offices span several floors. This is the office that deals with requests for access to other towers. These are most sought by merchants delivering goods and envoys from the Houses of The Kingdom petitioning the Bond for access to various forms of tech or theological rulings. There are several different waiting rooms dependant on the status of the outsiders involved. The worst are cramped pens but the nicest are large high ceiling rooms with religious statuettes and other similarly themed artworks on display.

The lower floors are also home to the markets where merchants arrive from across the kingdom, with huge quantities of goods and try to persuade the officers of the markets to buy their goods for The Society of the Bond. As a result the Market Officers are highly prized positions and open to a good deal of corruption. In a display of wealth the indoor markets are lit from above by electronic light deigned to mimic sunlight coming through a ceiling from blue skies. This gives the market a peaceful appearance only disturbed by the shouts of the traders - who call out in an almost sing song like manner.

The lower floors also contain the Bounty Hunters Post. Here is where Bounty Hunters from across The Kingdom deliver wanted hertics, infernal magic users and technological law breakers in order to collect a reward from the society. Many fear they will end up in the Tower of the Infernal Finders. They also advertise a wanted list the Bounty Hunter List from Society of the Bond

The floors directly above these are used as a sort of gigantic hotel where anyone who is not a member of the society but whom they wish to stay for an extended period is allowed to live alongside briefer visitors come to Bond Tower for a variety of reasons. Merchants and those of low status must pay for their accommodation. Guests of the order are placed in the suites above them.
