You summon a gigantic floating glaive of ice to fight alongside you. While the glaive is summoned, you may use the glaive to make a melee spell attack against a target, dealing 2d10 slashing and 1d10 cold damage on a hit. Otherwise, you may use your bonus action to command the glaive to swipe out at all foes in a 10 foot radius, prompting a Dexterity saving throw from each. On a failed save, a target takes 1d10 slashing damage plus your spell modifier of cold damage, and no damage on a success.
