A large, strong, well-trained Badger samurai. He was sent to aid Ichiro Bando and learn from Bando-senpai's example after the many glorious deeds that had been detailed in his letter home.

Ichiro Bando sent him off to find out more information about the personal mon of a now deceased Hiruma daimyo that had been found in the burnt-out ruins of one of Fade's hideouts in the forest. He returned having learned more about Hiruma Hayato and how he died. As the personal mon of a man with no heir, it is no longer in use.

He returned to the compound one evening with a man he had arrested in the North Rim of the Fisherman Quarter. Unfortunately the man was missing an arm and no longer alive, although he had found a packet of Blue Flame on his person. He appeared tired and, rather than sticking around to further investigate matters, immediately went to bed.

During the Days of Generosity he became heavily intoxicated and fell off of a decorative bridge in the Scorpion Garden. Muddy, soaking wet, and with a bleeding nose he was a massive embarrassment that was seen by everyone, attracting a great deal of hushed gossip before he was able to be whisked away back out of sight to the Magistrate Residence to sleep it off.

After not being seen for most of the day Kamahime was becoming worried about him. When the magistrates found him in his room he was passed out, cold to the touch, and with an empty bottle of liquid void beside him. Kasuga was able to treat his overdose and bring him back, but it easily could have gone the other way.
