Flanking - +1 in melee
A creature gets a +1 flanking bonus on its melee attacks for each enemy of the target within 5 ft. of it that is not restrained.

Encumbrance - 10x str
A creature can only carry up to 10x its strength score in pounds before suffering penalties :
over 10x - creature's speed halved
over 15x - creature has disadvantage on all str, dex and con attack rolls, saving throws and ability checks

Injuries - on critical hit
Whenever a creature scores a critical hit, it can choose to inflict an injury instead of doubling the attack's damage dice. Roll 1d6 on the appropriate damage type chart from the lingering injuries document.

Called shots - attack with disadvantage
A creature may use an attack to try aiming at a specific body part or object an enemy is holding. The DM decides what roll is needed to succeed (usually an attack roll with disadvantage) and the resulting effect on a success.

Escaping - new action
In combat, you can use your action to escape and move up to your speed. Until the start of your next turn, creatures can attempt to grapple you as a reaction. At the end of your next turn, if the distance between you and any hostile creature is greater than its speed, you escape from combat and you are removed from the initiative.

New players - new character starting level

Death - new character starting level
A player whose character dies may start a new character at the level of the lowest level character in the current party minus 1.
