Witchwright Conservatory & Arcane Research Center
A fairly recent and ambitious endeavour funded by House Kader and run by its matriarch's consort and thirdborn son. Rather than a place to learn magic, the Witchwright Center focuses on providing facilities for arcane scholars of all stripes to conduct research and experiment in a more collaborative and egalitarian environment than most institutions of magecraft allow for. It has stubbornly resisted any and all attempts at interference from the Watchful Order and prides itself on its existence as a (relatively) neutral institution.
