Telemok Arkelander was one of the first Dragonlords, who died in the Last Stand at Praxys.
Despite never leading the Dragonlords himself, Telemok lead the organisation behind-the-scenes during Cosmo Phobas’ time as leader.
He was the brother of Estor Arkelander and, although he was not quite as cruel as him, shared some of his values. During her visit to the Necropolis at Telemok, Xanthia Ornis encountered the remains of Telemok who spat at her, “you are not mine but part of my fool brother’s lineage” - so it would seem that, at least towards the end of Telemok’s life, the two brothers did not get along.
