  • Rosethorn the alseides nymph. As a nymph, Rosethorn has had led decidedly different existence than most. She is the result of the union of a fey spirit and a high elf. Her early years were spent as a literal rosebush, living in the forests east of Baldur's Gate. She spent decades watching the forest grow around her, observing the cycle of life in each stage. Eventually, the mortal side of her heritage drove her to pull her roots and explore the world of men.
  • In her humanoid form, Rosethorn stands about 5'6". Her body is comprised of branches wound into the familiar shape of a woman. Her long hair is made of the stems (thorns included) and petals of roses. Her eyes look like a pair of lightening bugs set into her wooden yet expressive face. Because she looks so radically different from every other being she's encountered, Rosethorn found little bit disdain and fear when she ventured into the city. Having seen the evil offered by the world of mortals, she steeled herself to find the good.
  • As a roleplaying bit, Carric serves the Chaotic Good goddess of beauty, so I think that these two characters would get along well...they'd sense the good in each other as well as finding each other aesthetically pleasing (he's a pretty boy and she's made of flowers).
