The Dire Expanse is a large wasteland north of Larchest in Dograd Hegrin, in Fusalis. The land is strange and tainted, and much of the ground is coated in ash. While many choose to avoid the Expanse, others are sure that its bad reputation means there much be great things contained within.
Very few people that venture into the Expanse return, and those that do are often scarred and beaten, and likely didn't go very far.
