Kosmarir is a tiefling of Shiesia and Journey's biological father. He is a rigid, power-hungry traditionalist that firmly believes in the old ways of the village.

Description

Kosmarir is a grey tiefling with a sharp face that shows signs of aging. Two large horn stumps protrude from the sides of his head.

Kosmarir is brash, misogynistic and demanding. He places great importance of the traditions of his village, and wishes to see his sons rise to power.

Powers and Abilities

Kosmarir is a practiced sorcerer, but his magic was not able to grow past a certain point.

History

Kosmarir was born and raised in Shiesha. Born into a family of decent magical inclination, Kosmarir took two wives, Valmaia and Unknown. He sired Karcius, Valx, Kisya and Valdos with Valmaia and Animine and Ark with Afuphis. Kosmarir was confident in the magical abilities of Karcius, and had made plans to marry him to Animine.

Following the occupation of Shiesha by the Dracohest, Kosmarir attempted to take back the village by force, but was beaten down and imprisoned. To teach him a lesson, the cult members removed his horns.

Kosmarir was released from his imprisonment after the Peas arrived in Shiesia and Leadbelly Fargus smashed the lock off of his prison door. He attempted to assist the group in taking down the Dracohest, but was killed by a crazed Ark after he got in her way as she tried to kill Phaelnah Ellarian. He was later revived by Phaelnah, becoming somewhat disturbed by the method and the obvious difference in power between himself and his daughter. He later escaped alongside the Shiesians follower a tantrum by Ferazir that threatened to bring down the mountain. He became incensed at Journey for defying what he considered to be a god, and chose to not speak with her for the rest of her visit. He assisted the villagers with building up a new town, outside of the caves.
