Aloest Eirdys is the keeper of the temple of Aeltra in Zulen's Rest in Madrioc. She is devoted to her goddess, but is a bit irritated at the lack of communication, and dislikes living in the city.
Aloest seems to enjoy nature; her wild, frazzled grey hair is inundated with leaves, twigs, and even vines. She wears simple and tattered brown robes, and is always barefoot. She smells of dirt and earth.
Aloest is a bit odd, perhaps a result of her age and isolation. Still, she is knowledgeable about the nature of the world, and even what is beyond it.
Phaelnah Ellarian once approached Aloest seeking answers about her corrupted arm. Aloest spoke very vaguely about the true form of the entity that had latched itself to her, but could not offer the cleric any solutions. She suggested attempting to talk to the entity somehow.
