The Imperial Palace is the primary meeting point for the Council of City Governors, which functionally oversees the Empire in the Emperor’s absence; the building itself physically oversees The Grand City of Mor'Koc from atop a sizeable mound at the centre of the city. Historically, it has been the seat of the Emperor’s power since the Troll Civil war. The palace is defended by the Imperial Palace Guard.
